We are seeking an experienced ADHD Coach to join our established team of practitioners in central London, Harley Street. This role is ideal for someone with a solid coaching background, specific training and expertise in ADHD, and a commitment to high-quality, longer-term client work. We are looking for a coach who can offer thoughtful, practical coaching to adolescents (16+) and adults, supporting them with executive functioning skills, planning, organisation, self-management, and day-to-day routines.
All practitioners are self-employed, and our admin team will support you with client scheduling and ongoing communication. You can expect to take home £100 per 50-minute session, supported by a six-day-a-week admin team, dedicated marketing support, and our bespoke booking system, allowing you to mainly focus on your clinical work. We also have a team of Consultant Psychiatrists who specialise in ADHD assessment and diagnosis. Some clients will be referred directly by them, and you will have a clear pathway to refer clients back for diagnostic input when appropriate. This ensures continuity of care and allows clients to access the support they need in a coordinated way.
Qualifications
- A core coaching qualification accredited by ICF, AC, or an equivalent recognised coaching body
- ADHD-specific coach training covering neurodiversity, executive functioning, and ADHD-focused tools
- A minimum of eight years' experience working with clients (can include training hours under supervision)
- Membership of a professional coaching organisation with a clear commitment to ethics, supervision, and ongoing CPD
- Strong boundaries, excellent communication, and a clear understanding of the distinction between coaching and therapy
We ask for a minimum commitment of either: one full clinic day (8–10 hours) each week, or two 5-hour clinics (to include at least one evening 4-9pm). Additional hours are welcome if you would like to expand your practice.
Additional Information
- No room rental fees when you take time off
- Two London-based gatherings each year, offering the chance to meet the wider team in a relaxed setting
- Working in sought-after central London locations
- Being part of a professional community that values both client care and practitioners' wellbeing
We are selective about who we bring on board and aim to maintain a consistently high standard of care. We are looking for someone who can offer stability, reliability, a mature coaching practice, and the wish to stay with us long-term. We look forward to welcoming a coach who shares our commitment to thoughtful, high-quality work and who will contribute positively to our growing community.
