Over the last 20 years, Harley Therapy has provided the infrastructure for independent practitioners to build and retain thriving private practices through our well-appointed consulting rooms and comprehensive administrative support. Many of the practitioners who work with us have been here for over a decade. They describe it as the arrangement that allows them to put patients first, free from the non-clinical duties and bureaucracy that often weigh down a consultant’s schedule.

How It Works
- Centralised Marketing: A consistent flow of high-quality referrals with no self-promotion required.
- Full Admin Support: Our team acts as your agent for all enquiries, bookings, payments and insurance administration six days a week.
- Bespoke Infrastructure: Access to a custom booking system and optional guidance on use of tools designed to streamline your clinical workflow.
- Clinical Freedom: Spend your energy on the therapeutic relationship, not paperwork.
Availability & Earnings
We are inviting applications from psychiatrists with expertise in General Adult Psychiatry and ADHD assessments.
- Commitment: Ideally a minimum of one day per week (8-hour clinic) at our Harley Street rooms. Additional sessions are possible.
- Earnings: After room and admin fees, you can expect to earn approximately £1,000 per ADHD assessment and £350+ for general assessments.
- Flexibility: No room fees are charged when you take time off.

Requirements
- Current GMC registration on the Specialist Register with appropriate indemnity.

- An active NHS role or honorary position.
- A track record of longevity in previous roles.
