The Compliance, Recruitment & Governance Manager holds direct, hands-on responsibility for compliance, complaints, incidents, and governance across Harley Street Nurses. This role is operationally active, requiring daily involvement in compliance oversight, complaint handling, risk management, and audit readiness. In addition to managing the Recruitment Coordinator, Compliance Executive, Team Administrator, and Recruitment & Compliance Assistant, the postholder personally leads and executes critical compliance and governance activities, ensuring regulatory standards are consistently met and evidenced. This role is central to protecting patient safety, regulatory compliance, and the organisation's reputation.
