Active NMC registration (Adult, Mental Health, LD, or Children's Nursing) with a minimum of 2 years post‐registration experience. Community nursing or domiciliary care experience is required along with complex care competencies (tracheostomy, PEG, IV, ventilation). A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in prescribing (V100/V150/V300), palliative care, wound management, dementia specialist, IV therapy, tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, clinical leadership, audit & governance, and mentorship (NMC) are also necessary.
