  • Involve service users in decisions about the services they receive, providing them with necessary information in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately maintain and store all records within the service, ensuring the confidentiality of personal information in accordance with Triangle’s data protection policy.
  • Treat colleagues with respect and actively contribute to creating a positive and harmonious living environment for service users.
  • Actively engage in team meetings, handovers, and performance reviews to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Ensure participation in both internal and external personal development training, conferences, and other learning opportunities to support professional growth.
  • Uphold and contribute to the organisation’s vision, mission, and values, adhering to all policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct, Attendance Policy, and the NISCC Code of Conduct.
  • Immediately report any incidents, accidents, or concerns to your Team Leader (or if unavailable, the Line/Area Manager).
  • Participate in organisation’s quality management systems, audits, and reviews to ensure high standards of care and service.
  • Carry out work in full compliance with Health and Safety policies, procedures, training, and guidance, including risk assessments.
