Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI‑powered workflows across CRM, scheduling, and care coordination systems
- Build automation sequences (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n) to eliminate manual admin tasks
- Create engaging video content for recruitment, training, and social media
- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM including pipelines, sequences, and reporting dashboards
- Develop AI chatbots and virtual assistants for client and carer communication
- Produce data‑driven reports and dashboards for leadership decision‑making
- Research and implement emerging AI tools to maintain competitive advantage
- Train team members on new systems and create documentation for workflows
- Manage social media content calendar and analytics
- Support digital transformation initiatives across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar)
- Proven track record building automation workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or equivalent platform
- Video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of healthcare or social care sector (desirable but not essential)
- Experience with social media management and content strategy
