Harley House Supported Living is seeking a Quality & Compliance Lead to coordinate the day-to-day quality and compliance function across Harley House services. Travel across North-East Essex, Ipswich and Norwich will be required. You will work with Registered Managers and the Operations Manager to improve quality, governance and regulatory readiness.
The role focuses on safeguarding, policy compliance, data analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement and person-centred care.
