Harley House Supported Living is seeking Bank Support Workers to provide flexible, person-centred care across our supported living services in the Colchester area and surrounding locations. You will cover shifts across multiple sites, promoting independence and community involvement.
The role requires a full UK driving licence and a flexible approach to working days, nights, weekends and holidays, with no guaranteed hours. Training is provided, including PBS and mandatory care training.
