Part-Time Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support our finance function across multiple companies within our group.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone with a good general understanding of finance processes and some previous experience in an accounts or finance-related position.

Working Hours

  • 2 days per week
  • Friday is essential
  • The second working day can be agreed with the successful candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices, journals, and receipts
  • Managing accounts payable and credit control activities
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with general finance administration and support tasks

About You

Experience & Skills
