Job Summary

Harley-Davidson is an iconic brand. Creating iconic products, unforgettable experiences and serving a passionate community for over 120 years. The EMEA region is a strategically important part of our global business, with an established dealer network and significant commercial contribution. This role leads the day-to-day conception, development, implementation of all marketing activities and campaigns in the UK & Ireland markets and reports to the UKI & Growth Markets Regional Marketing Manager. It requires a good understanding of the unique cultural, economic, and consumer landscapes within this diverse territory. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented and creative individual with a proven track record of success in international marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the implementation of marketing plans, campaigns and localized assets - including paid media, social media, earned media and email.
  • Lead the organization and execution of marketing events across trade, community and consumer audiences.
  • Develop and distribute dealer marketing plans and assets.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance, track key metrics and ROI to ensure effective use of budget to meet objectives.
  • Responsible for the control and management of associated marketing budget.
  • Works in tandem with the Dealer network and Field Sales Team to maximize effectiveness.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience Requirements

  • Significant experience of successful marketing campaign creation and activation across multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first omnichannel approach to reaching and influencing multiple consumer types in an evolving marketplace.
  • Welcoming and inclusive interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building successful collaborative relationships.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Complex budget management.
  • Agency/supplier management – multiple agency relationships and contracted individuals.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Highly proficient oral and written English communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence others without authority.
  • Experience working with global and regional brand marketing and adapting to new and emerging markets, either at agency or directly.

Preferred

  • Experience working in motorcycle or automotive industry
  • Motorcycle license
  • European languages (in addition to English) would be advantageous
  • Frequent travel required
