COME WORK FOR THE GREATEST BRAND IN MOTORCYCLES IN A GREAT LOCATION! In sunny South Carolina, we enjoy longer riding seasons with so many riding destinations between the eastern shores of the coast to the rolling hills of the northern mountains and everything in between!

We are seeking an experienced Harley-Davidson Service Sales Associate (Service Writer/Advisor) for our Columbia, SC dealership or someone with Service Advisor experience and the ability to learn the Harley-Davidson way. This position greets our customers into our Service department. Good listening skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in the Service Department and guide them through their service experience.
  • Listen to customer needs and identify service requirements.
  • Conduct a walk-around with the customer to identify potential service needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members; provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience preferred.
  • Must be able to conduct a walk-around with the customer to identify any potential service needs.
  • Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Experience with TalonES is preferred, but the ability to learn will be taken into consideration.
  • Must have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver\’s license.
