Are you a motorcycle enthusiast? Do you want to be part of a legend? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join our highly successful team at Harley‑Davidson Guildford and become part of the renowned LIND family.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Service, Parts & Clothing
- Achieving sales targets by selling workshop hours via the retail counter
- Liaising with all departments during part picking
- Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed, maintaining records and processing accurate Warranty Claims
- Creating a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their motorcycle
Qualifications
- Previous experience within the motorcycle/automotive trade
- A can‑do attitude
- Enthusiastic team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great computer skills and the ability to utilise multiple systems
- Methodical approach, being approachable and honest
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge of H‑D motorcycles
- Experience with automotive systems such as Kerridge
- A full A Category Motorcycle Licence
