We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Student Recruitment Executive to support the growth of our UK and international training programmes through high-volume lead management and conversion. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where success comes from speed, consistency, and strong sales fundamentals. You will be responsible for managing a large volume of inbound and outbound leads, progressing them through the funnel, and converting opportunities into enrolled students. You will also play an important role in supporting the wider sales team, contributing to pipeline health, and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Ownership & Conversion
    • Manage a high volume of inbound, warm, and cold leads across UK and international markets
    • Maintain strong “speed to lead” and consistent follow-up to maximise conversion
    • Progress leads through the funnel from initial contact to enrolment
  • Outbound Sales & Reactivation
    • Proactively engage colder leads through outbound activity
    • Reactivate older UK database leads to generate additional revenue
    • Build pipeline from underutilised or early-stage opportunities
  • Consultations & Closing
    • Book and conduct consultations with prospective students
    • Clearly communicate course value and effectively handle objections
    • Close sales across international markets and support UK sales where required
  • Pipeline & CRM Management
    • Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline within HubSpot
    • Prioritise leads effectively to ensure no opportunities are missed
    • Follow structured processes for tracking and progressing deals
  • International Sales Support
    • Support growth in key international markets through consistent lead handling
    • Share feedback on regional trends, objections, and opportunities
    • Adapt sales approach based on guidance and experience
  • Team & Operational Support
    • Support the wider team during peak periods or absences
    • Assist with short-course and digital product sales
    • Handle overflow and early-stage leads to improve team efficiency
    • Attend in-person events where required
  • Marketing Feedback Loop
    • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
    • Identify patterns to improve targeting and messaging
    • Support alignment between marketing and sales teams
  • Revenue Target Ownership
    • Deliver against personal revenue targets
    • Focus on improving consultation and close rates
    • Maintain accountability for individual performance

Skills And Experience

  • Experience in a high-volume sales, customer service, or lead conversion role
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to manage a large volume of leads with speed and accuracy
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Target-driven with a proactive and resilient mindset
  • Comfortable working with both inbound and outbound sales activity
  • Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining flexibility
  • A collaborative team player who can support wider team objectives
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
