Position Overview

Are you a passionate senior doctor, dentist, or nurse and a talented trainer looking to join a motivated and excellent team to educate and train students in Aesthetic Medicine?

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be an ambassador for Harley Academy
  • Deliver exemplary lecture-based training for our students
  • Provide 1:1 practical training
  • Conduct small group training sessions
  • Lead remote virtual training
  • Train students in facial injectables and cosmetic dermatology
  • Prioritize patient safety and satisfaction
  • Develop educational content with our courses and marketing teams
  • Ensure excellent clinic service at the Academy Clinic
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all patient and student interactions
  • Assist with managing complications, complaints, and concerns, escalating when necessary
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve courses and our sector position
  • Support and motivate faculty members

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Completed at least 150 toxin and 150 filler cases or have over 3 years\’ experience in facial aesthetics focusing on injectables
  • A passion for teaching excellence
  • Prioritize safety and quality outcomes
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct of relevant professional bodies
  • Engage in continuous professional development, including our training days
  • Maintain GMC/NMC/GDC Full Licence or equivalent, with up-to-date Appraisal and Revalidation
  • Registered prescriber
  • Hold a Level 7 Qualification in Injectables or postgraduate qualification in Aesthetic Medicine
  • Availability of 2 days per week plus one Saturday per month
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Desirable Qualifications

  • Level 3 Teaching Qualification or equivalent
  • L3AVVRA or similar qualification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, energetic, can-do attitude
