Established in 2015, HA has already grown to be the UK's largest postgraduate training provider in aesthetic medicine. As providers of exceptional higher education, our main goal is to improve patient safety through our training; raising educational standards for the most widely requested non-surgical cosmetic procedures: injectables and cosmetic dermatology treatments.
Position Overview
Are you a senior passionate doctor, dentist or nurse, who is a talented trainer looking to join a highly motivated, excellent team to educate and train students of Aesthetic Medicine?
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary training for our students including lecture based teaching, 1:1 practical training, small group training, and remote virtual training.
- Train our students in the areas of facial injectables and cosmetic dermatology.
- Keep patient safety and satisfaction at the heart of their accountable practice.
- Develop and grow educational content with our courses and marketing teams.
- Deliver superb clinic service at the Academy Clinic.
- Complete authentic, accurate and full documentation of all patient and student contact.
- Assist with complications, complaint and concern management with patients and students (escalating where appropriate).
- Provide constructive feedback to further improve our courses and position within the Aesthetic Medicine sector.
- Positively support and motivate all members of our faculty.

Skills and Experience
- Has completed at least 150 toxin and 150 filler cases or over 3 years experience in facial aesthetics with a focus on injectables.
- A passion for excellence in teaching.
- Has safety and quality outcomes at the heart of all decision making.
- Works within the Code of Conduct of relevant professional body.
- Participates in continuing professional development activity to maintain high standards of education – this includes attending our educational training days.
- Maintains GMC/NMC/GDC Full Licence to practise (or equivalent Professional Body) and is up to date with Appraisal and Revalidation.
- Be a registered prescriber.
- Possesses a Level 7 Qualification in Injectables or other postgraduate qualification in Aesthetic Medicine.
- Must have availability of 2 days per week and one Saturday per month.
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are unable to sponsor Visa applications).
- Possesses a Level 3 Teaching Qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a L3AVVRA or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
