Harlequins is seeking a Lead Analyst to lead the Women’s Performance Analysis programme at the training ground in Guildford.

The role supports coaching, player development and team performance, delivering high-quality insights and coordinating weekly analysis processes.

Working with the Head Coach and multidisciplinary team, the role drives innovation, enhances decision-making and contributes to a high-performance environment aligned with the Harlequins Women’s vision.
