Harlequin provides pre‑school, forest pre‑school, breakfast, after‑school, forest school and holiday clubs for children aged 2‑11 at four locations in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. This is an opportunity to join one of Kent\’s leading and best respected childcare providers.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a Level III Forest School Leader qualification (or already working toward qualification) and experience to join our team at one or more of our settings to help us develop a new setting and extend our existing operations. The role will also help us expand our provision of Forest School Education as a service for local schools using each of our own, two local woodland spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Forest School activities for children aged 2 to 11.
• Advocate for the business and manage customer interactions by phone, email, and face‑to‑face.
• Report directly to the setting manager or managing director.
• Co‑ordinate hours during term time and holidays, averaging 25–30 per week with a maximum of up to 35 per week negotiable.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Forest School qualification (or working toward it).
• Experience working with children aged 2 to 11.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
