We are seeking a skilled Brickwork Supervisor/Charge Hand to join our team for a long term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and have either SMSTS or SSSTS certificate.
Duties
- To oversee and manage your workforce.
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry materials according to specifications and blueprints.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment on-site.
- Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the duration of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bricklaying or masonry is essential.
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Would need a CSCS card and either SMSTS or SSSTS.
- Have good knowledge in NHBC requirements & New Builds.
