We are currently seeking to recruit an Project Coordinator to work in our busy Operations Office. This varied role is supporting our Operations Managers and Project Managers with planning, organising and coordinating our engineering works and on-site based engineers.
The preferred candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be confident to use their own initiative. They should also be computer literate with a good of working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in addition to having;
- Good customer relations skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels
- Problem-solving and planning skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Show a willingness to embrace learning and development opportunities
- Demonstrate an awareness of financial and cost implications in all activities
Candidate’s also ideally will have achieved Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week) although some flexibility may be offered with start/finish times.
Salary will be dependent upon experience. Whilst full training will be given, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous office-based experience. Benefits include pension, inclusion in a private healthcare scheme after completion of 6 month probation period, and free on-site parking.
