This role leads the growth and performance of the Residential Living Platform, shaping how the business operates, serves residents, and delivers value across its portfolio. It carries significant influence and a clear pathway to future senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operational performance of residential assets, ensuring strong occupancy, customer experience, and long‑term value.
- Shape and scale the Living Platform, taking increasing responsibility for commercial outcomes.
- Oversee leasing, sales and revenue activity across mixed‑tenure schemes.
- Develop and evolve the brand, marketing approach and customer journey.
- Provide operational insight into new developments to ensure efficiency and resident alignment.
- Support engagement with investors and partners.
- Build and lead a high‑performing team across operations, leasing, marketing and customer experience.
- Establish clear governance, performance measures and reporting standards.
- Experience leading operations within residential living or a comparable customer‑focused property environment.
- A track record of improving performance across income‑producing assets.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance customer, operational and financial outcomes.
