Were working with a Project and Cost Management Consultancy to appoint a Project Manager. Our client is a growing specialist in building safety remediation across residential, student, and commercial properties in the UK.

Despite being a newer business, theyve secured multiple roles as project manager and monitor for PLC housebuilders and developers, with a strong pipeline of work. The founding partners bring decades of experience from leading consultancies and developers, enabling them to expertly manage complex remediation projects.

Job description

Youll lead projects from scope to completioncoordinating teams, selecting contractors, and ensuring delivery on time and budget. Success means safer homes and buildings, so clear, empathetic communication is key.

Responsibilities include:

• Full project oversight and collaboration with wider teams

• Promoting safety and efficiency throughout delivery

• Supporting team members and building strong client relationships

• Managing budgets with cost managers to ensure value

• Maintaining high standards and timely execution

• Producing and updating project programmes with stakeholder engagement

Essential experience

• Proven success managing construction projects

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• (Desirable) Experience with building safety regulations, fire safety, and cladding remediation
