This is a fully remote role, with a collaborative team that connects weekly. If remote working does not suit your lifestyle or productivity, this position will not be the right fit.

The Opportunity

You will inherit a warm desk with active roles, established client relationships, and immediate billing potential. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a desk and build on an already solid foundation. As a growing business, we offer more than just a job—we offer the chance to be part of something you help shape. For the right person, this is an opportunity to create long-term value, influence direction, and grow alongside the company.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in legal recruitment (essential)
  • Has successfully operated a full 360 desk with billing responsibility
  • Is confident managing both clients and candidates end-to-end
  • Thrives in a remote, self-managed environment
  • Is commercially driven, resilient, and proactive
  • Has a long-term mindset and wants to grow with a business

Key Responsibilities (360 Role)

Business Development & Client Management

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification through to placement

Candidate Management

  • Source, attract, and engage high-calibre legal professionals (Partner to Paralegal level)
  • Conduct detailed interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
  • Provide guidance on CV preparation, interview performance, and offer negotiation

Delivery & Process Management

  • Manage multiple live roles efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate interviews and provide structured feedback
  • Handle offer management and closing processes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM updates

Market & Brand Building

  • Build a strong personal brand within your specialist market
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other sourcing tools effectively
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity

Benefits

  • Excellent commission structure with strong earning potential
  • Competitive base salary
  • Pension scheme
  • Car salary sacrifice scheme
  • Gym discounts and wellbeing perks
  • Team meals and regular socials
  • Quarterly away days
  • Holiday incentives and performance-based rewards

As a growing business, our benefits offering continues to evolve. Some of the above are already in place, with others being introduced as we scale—giving you the opportunity to grow with us and benefit from that journey.

Growth & Long-Term Opportunity

For individuals who demonstrate:

  • Consistent billing performance
  • Loyalty and long-term commitment
  • Drive, resilience, and ownership

There will be opportunities to progress beyond a traditional consultant role, including:

  • Profit share discussions
  • Leadership opportunities
  • Building and managing your own team or division

Entrepreneurial Option

We also welcome conversations with experienced legal recruiters who are currently operating independently or have built their own desk/brand. For the right entrepreneurial individual, we are open to exploring a partnership-style relationship, offering the support, infrastructure, and platform of Harkaye Core Talent while allowing you to scale your success further.

Important – Please Read Before Applying

Please do not apply if you cannot work in a fully remote environment. Please do not apply if you do not have proven 360 legal recruitment billing experience.
