About the Role

We are currently instructed on behalf of a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Fee Earner to join its specialist Military team to be based from either the Manchester or Liverpool office. In this role, you will support a varied caseload of:

  • AFCS claims
  • Armed Forces medical negligence claims
  • Military training and parachuting accidents
  • NIHL and NFCI claims
  • Military bullying claims

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team undertaking complex and meaningful work on behalf of vulnerable clients.

Experience and Attributes Required

  • LLB degree or relevant equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in Military or NIHL claims
  • Ability to work empathetically and effectively with vulnerable clients
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
