We’re recruiting for a Corporate Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join a growing and ambitious corporate team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to take on a hands‑on role and gain exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on M&A transactions. You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on complex deals, take ownership of smaller matters with supervision, and play a visible role in client-facing work and practice development. The client base is high‑quality and varied, including private investors, SMEs and larger national and international businesses.
The Role
- Supporting senior lawyers on large transactions and restructurings
- Running discrete corporate matters with supervision

About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in a corporate law department
- Strong experience in M&A, corporate restructures and demergers
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Confident client‑facing approach
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers desirable
- Proactive, team‑focused and able to work independently
