We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Employment Paralegal or NQ Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment team based in South Manchester. This is a fantastic role if you’re looking to develop your career within a supportive, close-knit team dealing with employment law matters.
You’ll be joining a friendly team offering great exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters acting on behalf of respondents. In this position, you’ll be involved in a wide range of employment law work, including:
- Supporting fee earners on Employment Tribunal matters: drafting ET3 responses, preparing Early Case Assessments, liaising with clients and the Tribunal, reviewing evidence, assisting with Preliminary Hearings, and supporting the preparation of witness statements.
- Attending Tribunal hearings when required to provide support.
- Conducting legal research to assist with the development of case strategy.
- Preparing hearing and disclosure bundles and organising case documentation.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective service for clients.
- Managing matters in line with Lexcel and SRA requirements.
