The Role

You will:

  • Manage your own caseload of non-contentious construction matters
  • Support and supervise junior team members where appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery

About You

Essential:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales
  • Strong experience in non-contentious construction law
  • Proven ability to manage matters independently
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working with clients in the Education, Charity, or Public sectors
  • Dual qualification or professional membership (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB)
  • Experience or qualifications in ADR (arbitration/adjudication)
