The Role

• The successful candidate will manage matters from file opening through to completion and archiving, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions.

• They will take instructions, prepare documentation, manage billing, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the local area.

\\n\\t

• There may also be opportunities to take on delegated supervisory responsibilities, supporting the team as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of property transactions, from client instructions to file archiving

• Take instructions and advise clients effectively

\\n\\t

• Prepare and obtain necessary documentation

• Handle billing and collection of monies due

• Maintain and develop legal knowledge and skills

• Support team members when needed
