What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing avaried caseloadof complex paediatric neurotrauma claims, including bothpre-litigation and litigatedmatters
- Conducting detailedliability and quantum investigations, working with top-tier medical and non-medical experts
- DraftingSchedules of Loss, reviewing expert and clinical documentation, and calculating high-value special damages
- Acting as atrusted advisorto families, guiding them through long-term rehabilitation and legal processes
- Collaborating withrehabilitation providers, case managers, and other professionals to ensure integrated client support
- Representing clients athearings and court applications, using your advocacy and case strategy skills
- Playing a key role inbusiness development, attending events and forging strong relationships with referrers and support organisations
- Helping to promote the team’s profile externally and contribute to thecontinued growthof the department
- Providing anexceptional client experience, with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
