Weβre working in partnership with a leading international law firm to appoint a Senior Associate to join a highly ranked and expanding Property Litigation practice in central London. This is a standout opportunity for a driven litigator to join a profitable, independent firm with ambitious growth plans and a reputation for complex, high-value property disputes.
The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of matters from rights of light to development disputes, supporting some of the best-known property owners and investors in the UK. You'll join a specialist team that sits uniquely within the firm's Commercial Litigation group, giving you direct access to wider disputes expertise and collaboration.

Matters Youβll Handle- High Court disputes including redevelopment and enfranchisement claims
- Rights of light litigation for developers and adjoining owners
- Forfeiture, overage, restrictive covenant and dilapidation disputes
- Property-related professional negligence
- Commercial lease renewals and development agreement disputes
- Representation of train operators, property companies, and private owners
- Trained at a leading City or top-tier regional firm
