Your role:
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, handling matters from instruction through to completion. Building strong relationships with clients will be central to your work, as will delivering clear and timely advice.
You will also have the chance to contribute to the development of the conveyancing team overall, supervising and supporting the administrators and paralegals as and when required to ensure the continued growth and success of the department.
About You:
You will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years experience in Residential Conveyancing, gained within a reputable law firm.
Experience gained either as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent fee earning experience.
You should have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to manage your own caseload with autonomy.
