Harkaye Core Talent is building a specialist legal recruitment brand grounded in Precision, Strategy, and Results. We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for an experienced 360 Legal Recruitment Consultant to join us and play a key role in shaping the future of the business. This is a fully remote role, with a collaborative team that connects weekly. If remote working does not suit your lifestyle or productivity, this position will not be the right fit.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in legal recruitment (essential)
- Has successfully operated a full 360 desk with billing responsibility
- Is confident managing both clients and candidates end-to-end
- Thrives in a remote, self-managed environment
- Is commercially driven, resilient, and proactive
- Has a long-term mindset and wants to grow with a business
Key Responsibilities (360 Role)
Business Development & Client Management
- Develop and win new business within the legal sector
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Take detailed job briefs and advise on hiring strategy, market trends, and salary benchmarking
- Negotiate terms of business and fees
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification through to placement
Candidate Management
- Source, attract, and engage high-calibre legal professionals (Partner to Paralegal level)
- Conduct detailed interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Provide guidance on CV preparation, interview performance, and offer negotiation
Delivery & Process Management
- Manage multiple live roles efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate interviews and provide structured feedback
- Handle offer management and closing processes
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM updates
Market & Brand Building
- Build a strong personal brand within your specialist market
- Leverage LinkedIn and other sourcing tools effectively
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
