We are currently working with a market-leading international law firm that continues to set the benchmark for excellence across a number of practice areas. Their Property Litigation team is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the country, acting on complex, high-value disputes and advisory matters for an impressive client base that includes major developers, retailers, educational institutions and public sector organisations. Due to continued growth, the team is looking to appoint a talented Property Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE to join its Birmingham office. This is an opportunity to work alongside recognised experts in the field on a broad range of challenging and high-profile matters, including:
- Commercial property disputes and portfolio management issues
- Vacant possession strategies
- Restrictive covenant matters
- Rights to light disputes
- Landlord and tenant litigation, including 1954 Act renewals and covenant enforcement
- Property development-related risk management, advisory work and litigation
- Strategic and commercially focused property disputes across a diverse client base
You'll be encouraged to broaden your expertise, develop new specialisms and build your profile within a highly respected national team.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–4 years' PQE
- Strong academic background
- Trained and gained experience within a leading regional, national or City practice
- Solid grounding in property litigation and contentious real estate matters
- Technically strong with excellent commercial awareness
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
- Enjoy business development and building lasting client relationships
- Ambitious to develop into a recognised specialist within the field
