A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner to head up its nationally recognised Court of Protection – Property & Affairs team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished Solicitor with a passion for client care, team development, and strategic growth. The role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to work within a supportive, high-performing environment.
Job Title: Partner – Court of Protection
Location: Remote – 1 Day Per Month in the Office
Salary: Competitive (DOE/PQE) + On-Target Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Property & Affairs team within the Court of Protection department
- Shape and implement departmental strategy aligned with the firm’s goals
- Oversee the team’s financial and operational performance, ensuring revenue targets are met
- Support and develop a diverse team of solicitors, legal executives, and support staff
- Maintain high professional standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
