A brilliant opportunity has come up for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and growing team in Northampton. You’ll work on a varied mix of commercial property matters, supporting a broad client base across development work, sales and acquisitions, landlord & tenant and corporate support. The team is friendly, highly experienced, and offers strong support and progression.

The role will include:

  • Running commercial property matters from start to finish
  • Advising clients and delivering a consistently high level of service
  • Managing client relationships including onboarding through to billing
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
  • Working closely with Senior Associates/Partners on more complex work
  • Ensuring files remain compliant and audit-ready
