Harkaye Core Talent is partnering with a highly regarded regional law firm in Northampton to appoint a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor into its growing Employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQ who is serious about building a long-term career in employment law within a firm that genuinely invests in its people.

You will join a well-established and supportive team, working closely with experienced employment partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of matters. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment work, giving you the foundation to develop into a well-rounded employment specialist.

From day one, you will be encouraged to take ownership of your work, build client relationships, and develop your commercial understanding, all within a structured and supportive environment.

  • Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
  • You will have completed a seat in Employment Law, or have gained strong employment law experience as a Paralegal
  • You demonstrate a clear and genuine commitment to building a career in employment law
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships early in your career
  • Exposure to high-quality work and reputable clients
  • The chance to specialise early and build a strong foundation in employment law
