We are currently instructed on behalf of a highly regarded national law firm seeking a qualified Solicitor to join its specialist Military team to be based from either the Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds office, or on a remote-first basis.
In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of:
- AFCS claims
- Armed Forces medical negligence claims
- Military training and parachuting accidents
- NIHL and NFCI claims
- Military bullying claims
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team undertaking complex and meaningful work on behalf of vulnerable clients.
Experience and Attributes Required
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ to Grade A considered)
- Previous experience in Military claims or wider experience ideally in Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease or Personal Injury
- Ability to work empathetically and effectively with vulnerable clients
- Strong organisational and communication skills
