We are currently working on an exclusive with a highly regarded law firm who are expanding their dedicatedMilitary Law Team and inviting applications from qualifiedSolicitors andLitigation Executives with a strong background inPersonal Injury —ideally with experience or interest inMilitary Law .

Job Title: Solicitor / Litigation Executive – Military Law Team

Location: Remote Working with Monthly Travel to Manchester Office

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-Time Applications Also Considered)

This is a rare opportunity to work on high-value, complex cases involving current and former service personnel, includingPTSD ,Non-Freezing Cold Injuries (NFCI) , andbullying and harassment claims.

Your Role:

• Manage a diverse caseload ofMilitary-related personal injury matters , includingEmployers’ Liability ,Clinical Negligence , andcomplex injury claims
• Handlesmall claims, fast track, and multi-track cases , drafting all necessary legal documentation
• Conductquantum assessments , reviewmedical evidence , andbrief Counsel
• Promote early rehabilitation and case resolution in line with theSerious Injury Guide
• Preparecourt bundles , instruct experts, and provide advice onPart 36 offers
• Engage inadvocacy opportunities , where appropriate
• Supportmarketing efforts and contribute to thegrowth of referral networks
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure quality, innovation, and continued success

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years PQE inPersonal Injury (Military Law experience highly desirable)
• Strong understanding ofCPR rules and litigation procedures
• Demonstrated passion foradvocating on behalf of individuals or groups
• Excellentclient care ,communication , anddrafting skills
