An award-winning and highly respected Civil Liberties team is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their Actions Against the Police practice. Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients in civil claims against the police and other public bodies.
- Investigate allegations of police misconduct and gather evidence.
- Draft letters of claim and litigation documents.
- Negotiate settlements and, where necessary, take cases through court proceedings.
- Work with expert witnesses, manage disclosure, and prepare cases for trial.
