An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property professional to join a leading firm in Manchester at Associate Director / Director level. This is a senior strategic hire, suited to an individual with a strong track record in commercial property transactions, asset management, and client advisory. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, managing high-value portfolios, and delivering expert advice across a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
- Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to clients across diverse sectors
- Manage and grow key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support and drive business development initiatives, contributing to the firm’s continued growth
- Oversee and supervise complex matters, ensuring delivery to the highest professional standards
- Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent), with significant experience in commercial property
- Currently operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner/Director level, or ready to step into a leadership role
- Strong technical expertise across general commercial property and real estate transactions
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and generate new business
- Commercially aware, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
