A highly regarded commercial law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing property team in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with circa 3-8 years' post-qualification experience to work on a varied and high-quality real estate caseload, advising a broad range of commercial clients, developers, investors, and occupiers.

The Role;

The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse range of real estate matters, including:

  • Acquisition of development and strategic land sites
  • Supporting retail and commercial development projects, including food store and drive-thru developments
  • Disposal and management of residual land interests
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and portfolio management
  • Working closely with clients to provide commercially focused legal advice throughout the life cycle of property transactions

About you;

  • Be a qualified solicitor with approximately 3-8 years PQE
  • Have strong experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Ideally have exposure to development work and landlord and tenant matters
  • Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Be commercially minded and keen to build long-term client relationships
  • Thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
