We are working with a well-established and growing firm that is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to manage a varied caseload of pre- and post-litigation matters, taking files from instruction through to conclusion. Success in this role requires strong client care, a proactive approach, and the ability to work confidently under pressure.

The Role

  • Manage a mixed caseload of personal injury claims from inception to settlement or trial
  • Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients
  • Draft pleadings, particulars, witness statements and schedules of loss
  • Negotiate settlements and attend hearings or trials when necessary
  • Progress files efficiently in line with service standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Keep up to date with PI law, CPR, and emerging case trends

Experience & Skills Required

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) with experience in personal injury litigation
  • Strong understanding of pre-litigation and post-litigation processes
  • Excellent client care and attention to detail
  • Confident drafting skills across all key legal documents
  • Knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures
  • Demonstrable billing record with litigated file experience
  • Experience with applications, challenges, trials/disposal hearings
  • Proclaim experience is an advantage
