Harkaye Core Talent is supporting a leading international law firm in the search for a Corporate Finance Senior Associate to join its London office. This role is suited to a high-performing corporate lawyer with at least 7 years PQE and strong experience in equity capital markets transactions, together with exposure to public M&A matters.

The successful candidate will join a well-established corporate practice advising listed companies, financial institutions, and intermediaries operating in public markets.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including:

  • Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
  • Secondary fundraisings
  • Public takeovers and public M&A transactions
  • Corporate governance advice for listed companies
  • Ongoing regulatory matters including compliance with Listing Rules, AIM Rules, Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)

The team regularly advises on complex and cross-border transactions, offering exposure to high-value work within the UK and international markets.
