The Role
As a Partner, you will
- Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex Serious Injury matters.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key referrers, introducers and strategic partners.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow the practice and enhance its market presence.
- Lead, mentor and develop a small team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.

About You
You will be an experienced Serious Injury lawyer with
- Extensive experience managing complex and catastrophic injury claims.
- Leadership experience, including managing and developing a small team.
