The work is focused on contentious trust and estate disputes, often involving ultra-high net worth individuals, international families, trustees, and complex family structures. Many of the matters have a significant cross-border element and require careful handling of sophisticated asset structures, alongside related tax considerations.

The role offers exposure to headline matters, close collaboration with recognised practitioners in the field, and genuine progression prospects.
You will play a key role across all stages of matters — from technical legal analysis and strategic case management through to drafting, client handling, supervising junior lawyers, and preparing cases for trial or settlement. You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
The team is looking for an England & Wales qualified lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE, a strong background in disputes, and ideally experience in trusts, probate, or wider private wealth litigation.
