Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and support a team of solicitors, fee earners, and support staff
- Conduct regular supervision meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
- Maintain a reduced caseload of Claims Against Public Authorities matters
