HarKaye Core Talent is partnered with an award-winning and rapidly growing law firm that is seeking an experienced Grade A Serious Injury Solicitor to join its highly respected Serious Injury team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value claims while making a genuine difference to the lives of individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries. You will collaborate with experienced specialists on challenging and rewarding cases involving catastrophic injury litigation.
- Brain injury claims
- Spinal injury claims
- High-value and multi-track litigation
- Managing your own caseload of serious injury and catastrophic injury claims
- Reviewing and analysing medical records, expert evidence and rehabilitation documentation
- Conducting litigation in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant protocols
- Liaising with medical, forensic and technical experts
- Negotiating settlements, interim payments and costs
- Delivering exceptional client care throughout the lifetime of each claim
- Experience handling or assisting with serious injury and/or large loss claims
- Strong claimant personal injury litigation experience
- The ability to manage files independently with appropriate supervision
