An excellent opportunity has arisen for two NQ Solicitors to join a highly regarded, specialist Public Law team recognised for its work across education, health, social care, and human rights. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Court of Protection matters specialising either in Property & Affairs or Health & Welfare. These roles offer the chance to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy working together to make a difference. Hybrid working is available in London, Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds with a focus on remote first and occasional office attendance required.
Experience & Skills Required
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or due to qualify in 2026 (provisional offers considered)
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Court of Protection (Property & Affairs or s21A) cases and the Mental Capacity Act
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A team player who can also work independently to deliver results
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage workloads, and work to deadlines
- Highly organised with strong written communication and attention to detail
