This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate who is passionate about building a long-term career in personal injury law. If you have a Law degree and enjoy working with people, this role offers structured training, ongoing support and genuine career progression within a highly respected legal team. As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals at the start of their legal journey, delivering an empathetic, professional and efficient service from the very first conversation. As a Claims Assistant, you will: Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls. Assess the initial viability of new claims. Progress claims through the appropriate legal process. Support the wider legal team with administrative and case-related tasks. Previous customer service or telephone-based experience , with the ability to build rapport and communicate confidently. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). Applications are only being considered from candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Experience within personal injury or legal services would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
