Senior Associate Solicitor – Group Litigation – Manchester or London – 12 months FTC Location : Manchester or London Salary: Competitive – Dependent on Experience Contract Type : Fixed Term Contract Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the realm of human rights law? A leading national law firm renowned for handling high-profile and complex group litigation involving thousands of clients has an opportunity for a senior solicitor to join their team in Manchester on a hybrid working basis. This is a unique opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in dealing with group litigation claims, particularly, Nissan Renault emissions case, representing car owners who allege \’defeat devices\’ were fitted on their diesel vehicles. You will be a senior solicitor (ideally 4 years PQE) with a background in litigation, group litigation or human rights law, who has a passion for justice! You will work alongside the senior Partners within the team in managing a caseload of Nissan Renault emissions claims and deal with any new matters that arise. You will be joining the team on a 12 month FTC and have exposure to high class, high value, group litigation claims! To be successful in this role you will have meticulous organisation skills, the ability to undertake in-depth research, be able to analyse evidence and identify patterns, have the ability to manage large amounts of data and a commitment to access to justice.
