I am currently working with a well-established and progressive law firm seeking to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Litigator to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident litigator who enjoys handling a broad and interesting caseload and who is keen to play an active role in the continued development of a successful disputes practice.
The Role:
- You will work closely with experienced colleagues while managing your own varied caseload, acting for both corporate and individual clients.
Matters will include:
- Contractual disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Neighbour and boundary disputes
- Debt recovery and insolvency matters
- Contentious probate
- Property litigation
- Employment matters
- EL/PL claims
The Candidate:
- A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years experience dealing with a range of civil litigation matters;
- Accustomed to dealing with own caseload
